HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS
The platform is built in layers.
Speaking opportunities rarely come from a single moment. They come from visible authority built over time.

HOW THE PLATFORM IS BUILT
Podcast Foundation
A professionally produced podcast that demonstrates how you think, communicate, and lead conversations.
Authority and Visibility
Consistent content and a visible body of work organizers can review.
Keynote Development
Speaker reels, presentation design, and positioning that reflects the level of your expertise.
Conference Stages
Industry events, conference speaking, and long-term platform growth.
Each layer strengthens the next.
BUILT ON 20 YEARS OF LIVE PRODUCTION
I started producing events in 2005. I had been working in live venues and moved into a management role shortly before that.
Since then, I’ve produced hundreds of live events including festivals, concerts, conferences, and large-scale productions. I’ve managed venues, built programming calendars, worked with sponsors, municipalities, and talent, and helped grow events drawing tens of thousands of attendees.
I understand how organizers think.
I know what makes someone credible in front of a crowd.
Now I apply that same production mindset to founders, authors, and subject matter experts who want to step onto conference stages.
Credibility requires infrastructure.
That kind of credibility doesn't happen accidentally.

A podcast is not the goal.
It is the foundation.
A professionally produced podcast creates:
A visible body of work organizers can evaluate
Proof of how you think and communicate
Audience leverage
Consistent high-quality content
Access to conversations with other leaders
From there, we build the keynote side.
This is structured, long-term platform work. Not quick wins.
The Launch Package
This is the full platform build.
Three months. Twelve episodes. Weekly recording required.
If you are not prepared to record weekly, this is not the right fit.
Ongoing Production
After the Launch phase, we move into a post-production partner model.
You record.
I handle everything after.
Editing. Publishing. Distribution. Social clips. Blog posts. Guest communication. Platform consistency.
This is where authority compounds.
This is monthly, ongoing work.

Speaker Materials
This phase typically happens after 6–12 months, once enough content and credibility exist.
Includes:
Speaker Reel
Keynote Presentation Design
Positioning Refinement
Press Kit Development
Requires speaking footage, either from live events or a studio session.
This is not cosmetic work. It is positioning that matches the level of your platform.
Partnership Structure
For select clients, I structure long-term partnerships around speaking growth.
In some cases, this includes a commission-based structure tied to speaking engagements that grow from the platform we build together.
Why this matters:
Aligned incentives.
When the platform grows and speaking opportunities increase, we both benefit from that momentum.
Details are discussed privately once we determine that the structure makes sense for both sides.

How It Works
Qualification Call
We determine fit, commitment level, and long-term goals.

Brand, production system, 12-episode rollout.

Who This Is For
Founders
Authors
Consultants
Subject matter experts
Who are serious about speaking at conferences and industry events.
Not for casual podcasters.
Not for hobby projects.
Not for budget editing work.
I work with a small number of serious clients at a time.
This is infrastructure work.
