Who is Rednyne?


Rednyne is a Vancouver-based digital marketing and creative agency focused on results-driven campaigns and modern website solutions. We help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their online presence and generate more leads through website design, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content strategy.

What services do you offer?

 

We provide a full range of digital marketing and creative services, including:

  • Website design and development (Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and more)

  • Google Ads campaign management

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Social media marketing

What makes Rednyne different?

 

We combine modern marketing tools with a human-centered approach. Our priority is delivering measurable results that truly align with your brand, while maintaining transparency and responsiveness. You will always work with real people who are committed to helping your business grow.

How much does it cost?

 

Website projects start at $3,000, which includes SEO and a Google Search campaign to help drive immediate leads. Ongoing Google Search Ads management starts at $500 per month, plus your ad spend and 15% of the ad spend as a management fee. We’ll provide a detailed quote after a discovery call to better understand your needs.

Do you do contracts or term agreements?

 

With Rednyne, you aren’t locked into a long-term contract. We work on a month-to-month basis, so if you are unhappy with results, you can cancel anytime without penalties. The same flexibility applies to us — if the relationship becomes disrespectful or abusive, we may also choose to end services.

What does the onboarding process look like?

 

After you contact us, we’ll schedule a call to learn about your business. If we agree there’s a good fit, we’ll send you an agreement outlining the scope of work, payment, and expectations. Once signed, you’ll receive an invoice, and we’ll begin after payment is confirmed.

Next, you’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire with the details we need to deliver your project. If there’s missing information, we may follow up with another call. Once everything is in place, there may be a quiet period while we build your website and set up your marketing campaigns.

When your deliverables are ready, we’ll either send you a preview or schedule a screen share to review them together. After any final edits, we’ll invoice for remaining balances, publish your site, and begin any ongoing marketing programs.

The full onboarding process generally takes around 4-6 weeks, but may take longer depending on seasonality and any unexpected roadblocks.

What happens if I cancel services?

 

If you decide to cancel marketing services, you can switch to a website maintenance-only plan. If you wish to discontinue all services, we will provide your website files to any provider you choose to work with next. After that, you or your new provider will take full responsibility for maintaining, updating, and securing your website.

Your website files and any Google services we helped you claim (such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Workspace, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and similar tools) are fully yours and remain under your ownership and control.

Advertising accounts (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms) will remain owned by Rednyne. We retain ownership of these advertising accounts because they rely on aggregated data across our client campaigns. While we provide you with reporting and performance results during our working relationship, the advertising accounts themselves stay under our control.

If you ever decide to leave, you will have full ownership of your website and Google services, but we will maintain ownership of the advertising accounts that we manage on your behalf.

Do I own my domain name or does Rednyne?

 

You own your domain name. Some agencies buy domains on behalf of their clients, then hold them hostage if you leave — we never do that. If you don’t have a domain yet, we’re happy to recommend trusted registrars.

Do I have to sign up for your marketing program, or do you offer customized plans?

 

Generally, you will sign up for our marketing program because it’s designed to produce predictable, scalable results. We only offer custom-built plans in special situations, since consistent frameworks help us deliver our best work.

When can I expect results?

 

It depends on your definition of “results.” Google Ads and similar advertising platforms can start driving traffic almost immediately. SEO typically takes 2–3 months to build momentum, with the most noticeable improvements showing over a year. Seasonality, your competition, and your budget also influence timing.

I already have a website. Can I keep it and use it with your program?

 

It depends on your current website’s condition and technology. We’ll review it during your discovery call and let you know if keeping it is possible, or if starting fresh would get you better results.

What’s the best way to contact you?

 

Our main communication method is email. We’re happy to book phone or video calls in advance, so we can prepare for your topic and include any necessary team members on the call.
